Halifax Seawall Immigration Annex Proposal - Located at the southern end of Halifax’s spectacular and dynamic waterfront, the Seawall includes a longshore pier of approximately 612 meters in length. Proposed is a 60,000 sq. ft. renovation/addition to the existing Immigration Annex which would include a full spectrum of commercial, retail, and leas-able office space.  The Halifax Seawall Redevelopment plan seeks to encourage urban development in a unique, eclectic environment.
